2nd Edition of NGAP Essay Contest Launched in Nandom District

The New Generation for Africa Project through its REACH Campaign and under its READ Initiative has launched its second Essay Competition in the the Nandom District of the Upper West Region. After the success of the first edition of the essay contest in the Wa West District, NGAP moves to the Nandom District and partners the Nandom GES District office in order to test the literary capabilities of the JHS students in the district.


The contest begun on 1st February, 2019 and ends on 1st March, 2019. The topic is "WRITE A LETTER TO THE REGIONAL MINISTER PROPOSING HOW TO OKTAKE L IMPROVE THE LIVES OF THE INHABITANTS IN YOUR COMMUNITY." Results will be announced on 15th March,2019 and the awards presented on the 29th March, 2019.



All JHS students in the Nandom District are entreated to ensure their essays are handwritten, signed with their full name and contact details and their schools boldly written. The envelope should be addressed to THE PROJECT MANAGER, NGAP, WA and delivered to the GES office in Nandom latest by 4pm on 1st March, 2019.


There are attractive prizes to be won and the most importantly literary skills will be improved.
